Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and enrollment

• The Program is invitation-only. You become an affiliate when we set up an affiliate account and code for you.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Your affiliate account and code are personal to you and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

2. How referrals are tracked

We attribute a referral to you in one of two ways:

• Referral link. When someone opens your link (earonman.com/r/YOURCODE), we store a cookie in their browser for 60 days. If they create an account within that window, the sign-up is attributed to you.
• Referral code. When someone enters your code in the "Referral code" field during sign-up, the sign-up is attributed to you regardless of any cookie.

You acknowledge and accept that link-based tracking depends on the person's device and browser. Ad blockers, privacy settings, private/incognito windows, different devices, or cleared cookies can prevent the cookie from being saved or read, in which case a link-only referral cannot be tracked. For this reason the reliable method is to have people open your link and sign up on the web, and to always share your code as well so it can be entered manually. If neither a valid cookie nor your code is present at the moment of sign-up, the referral cannot be attributed to you and no reward is earned, even if the person genuinely came from you. This is a technical limitation of web tracking and not a discretionary decision about your referral.

3. Benefit to the people you refer

• People who create their account on the web through your link or code are eligible for an extended Pro free trial of 30 days (double our standard 14-day trial) when they start their trial on the web.
• The extended trial is applied at web checkout. It does not apply to trials or subscriptions started through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which use those stores' standard offers.
• The length of the extended trial, and the standard trial, may change. We will apply whatever offer is in effect at the time the person starts their trial.

4. Your reward

• You earn a one-time bounty for each person you refer who makes a genuine first upgrade to a paid Pro subscription. The bounty is either a fixed amount in euros (EUR) or a percentage of that person's first Pro payment, as agreed with you individually.
• The bounty is earned when the referred person's first Pro payment is completed - whether they pay on the web (via Stripe) or in the mobile app (via the App Store or Google Play).
• A trial that never converts to a paid payment does not earn a bounty. Only the first paid conversion of a referred person earns a bounty; there is no recurring commission.
• Rewards are denominated and paid in EUR unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payouts

• Your dashboard shows referrals, conversions, amounts owed, and amounts paid.
• Payouts are made manually. Any minimum payout threshold, schedule, and method (for example, bank transfer) are agreed with you individually.
• We mark amounts as paid in your dashboard once a payout is settled.
• We may delay or hold a payout while we verify referrals or investigate suspected fraud.

6. Prohibited conduct and fraud

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself, or create or use fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts to generate referrals or rewards.
• Use spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized advertising to promote your link or code.
• Bid on the Earonman name, trademarks, or misspellings in paid search, or otherwise impersonate Earonman.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized fake sign-ups, or any technique that creates referrals a person did not intend.
• Make any representation about Earonman, its features, or its pricing that is false or that we have not authorized.

We may withhold, reverse, or claw back any reward we reasonably believe is connected to a breach of this section, and we may suspend or terminate your participation. Where a referral or reward is disputed, our determination, made in good faith, is final.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, contributions, or duties on rewards you receive. Depending on your circumstances, we may ask you to provide an invoice or the details we need to make a payout, and we may withhold amounts where we are legally required to do so.

8. Independent relationship

Participating in the Program does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Earonman. You have no authority to make any commitment on our behalf, and you act as an independent party.

9. Data protection

Referral tracking involves storing a cookie in the referred person's browser and recording which affiliate referred which user, so that rewards can be attributed. This processing is described in our Privacy Policy. You must not misuse any personal data you obtain in connection with the Program, and you must comply with applicable data-protection and marketing laws when you promote your link or code.

10. Changes and termination

• We may change the reward, the terms of the Program, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
• Either of us may end your participation at any time. You may stop at any time by asking us to disable your code.
• If your participation ends, we will pay out rewards that were genuinely earned before it ended, except where they are connected to fraud or a breach of these terms.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation, and our total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the rewards genuinely owed to you at the relevant time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
