By accessing and using Earonman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Earonman is an ear training application that provides musical education services, including but not limited to:

• Interactive ear training exercises
• Progress tracking and performance statistics
• Educational content and lessons
• Structured training paths
• Weekly competitive leagues
• EarCoins virtual reward system

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing
• Free trial periods may be available for certain plans
• Subscription fees are billed in advance

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscriptions

5. EarCoins Virtual Currency

5.1 Nature of EarCoins

• EarCoins are a virtual in-app reward currency with no real-world monetary value
• EarCoins cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside of the Earonman platform
• EarCoins are earned through completing exercises, achieving daily goals, and performing well in weekly leagues

5.2 EarCoins Terms

• We reserve the right to modify the value, earning rates, or redemption options of EarCoins at any time
• EarCoins may be forfeited if your account is terminated or suspended for violation of these Terms
• EarCoins do not expire but may be affected by changes to the platform or its features

6. Weekly Leagues

6.1 League Participation

• Leagues are a competitive feature in which users are grouped into weekly leaderboards based on their experience points (XP)
• Participation in leagues is voluntary and can be joined from the Leagues page
• Each league week runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC

6.2 Rankings and Rewards

• Users are ranked within their group by weekly XP earned during that week
• The top 20% of each group are promoted to a higher tier; the bottom 20% are relegated to a lower tier
• Top-ranked users receive EarCoins bonuses (1st place: 200 EC, 2nd place: 100 EC, 3rd place: 50 EC)
• EarCoins awarded through leagues are virtual rewards with no monetary value (see Section 5)

6.3 Visibility of Data in Leagues

By joining a league, you agree that your display name, profile picture, level, and weekly XP will be visible to other users in your league group. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Earonman, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and educational materials, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate league rankings through automated means or other dishonest methods
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
